FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, an actuator and a hydraulic system. The actuator is made in the form of a hollow rod installed on a ball hinge and equipped with a guide shield. In the working part of the stem there are guide channels aligned upwards. The device is equipped with a reservoir for compressed air and a metering wheel rotated from a support driving wheel of a unit. The metering wheel is made as capable of acting at a hydraulic system slide lever for changeover of the stem by means of the hydraulic cylinder from the transport into the working position and back. Air is supplied into the stem by means of the lever as the stem lowers.EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to increase efficiency, to reduce metal intensity and energy intensity of a unit, which in its turn will result in reduction of pit digging prime cost.1 dwg
