<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid lithium ion battery that achieves high output voltage and resists reduction in discharge capacity even by repetitive charging and discharging. <P>SOLUTION: An all-solid lithium ion battery comprises a positive electrode layer containing a positive electrode active material composed of Li<SB POS="POST">x</SB>Al<SB POS="POST">y</SB>M<SB POS="POST">z</SB>P<SB POS="POST">q</SB>E<SB POS="POST">r</SB>O<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, and a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte, wherein the parameters meet the following conditions: 0.9≤x≤1.9, 0≤y≤0.5, 0.5≤z≤0.95, 0.5≤q≤0.95, and 0.05≤r≤0.5.
