摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a luminance difference among slices generated by spin-echo Dual Slice measurement without depending on a B0 coil. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus calculates a frequency offset amount of at least one of a frequency of a first excitation pulse for exciting a first slice and a second excitation pulse for exciting a second slice, and a frequency of a re-convergence pulse, according to B0 components of an irregular magnetic field generated by an eddy current when a gradient magnetic field is applied. The frequency offset amount is added to at least one of the frequency of the first excitation pulse and the second excitation pulse, and the frequency of the re-convergence pulse so as to perform the Dual Slice measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
