<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise at operating mode switching. <P>SOLUTION: A differential input buffer 1 includes power circuits MN1, MN2 for switching an operating mode to either a normal state or a power saving state, and a dummy circuit comprising semiconductor elements MP7, MP8 each having a second parasitic capacitance corresponding to a first parasitic capacitance amounting to the sum total of respective parasitic capacitances of semiconductor elements MP1, MP3 and MP2, MP4 constituting a source follower circuit, and has a configuration in which the flow direction of a current generated owing to the first parasitic capacitance at operating mode switching is opposite through common wiring to the flow direction of a current generated owing to the second parasitic capacitance at operating mode switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
