摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate an inflection point of each pixel circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 9 lights up a light source 4 with optical intensity L1, and makes an imaging element 5 output an image signal P4 accumulated in first exposure time. Then, the control unit 9 makes the imaging element 5 output an image signal P3 accumulated in second exposure time. Next, the control unit 9 lights up the light source 4 with optical intensity L2, and makes the imaging element 5 output an image signal P2 accumulated in the first exposure time. Then, the control unit 9 makes the imaging element 5 output an image signal P1 accumulated in the second exposure time. An image signal analyzing unit 6 calculates inflection points of all pixels by using the image signals P1-P4.
