<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal having lesser number of components and an inexpensive simple waterproof construction. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes: a body case having a front face provided with a first aperture; a first cover having a second aperture disposed at a position corresponding to the first aperture and larger than the first aperture; a sheet member which has a third aperture disposed at a position corresponding to the first and the second apertures and smaller than the second aperture, is disposed between the body case and the first cover, and fixes the body case and the first cover by adhering one face to the body case and the other face to the first cover; and a second cover detachable to the body case so that the second cover shields the first aperture through the second aperture. When the second cover is attached, the body cover and the second cover press the peripheral part of the third aperture on the sheet member exposed to the second aperture, thus, covering the first aperture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
