<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lock structure which prevents a pivoting member from coming off without increasing parts count. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lock structure 1 comprises a casing 3, a lock member 5 which is rockingly accommodated in and supported by the casing 3, a pivoting member 7 which is inserted into the lock member 5 and assembled in the casing 3 to pivotally support the lock member 5, a drive shaft 9 which is accommodated in the casing 3 to prevent rotation or release the lock of the rotation by rocking the lock member 5, and a mating case 13 assembled in an opening surface 11 of the casing 3.
