<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube film and a manufacturing method capable of improving its conductibility by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film includes a carbon nanotube-dispersed layer formed on a substrate, the carbon nanotube dispersed layer being composed of a mixture of (1) a carbon nanotube-containing composition, (2) a polymer containing a sulfonate, and (3) a metal salt capable of exchange with the positive ions of the sulfonate. In a manufacturing method for the thin film, (1) the carbon nanotube-containing composition, (2) the polymer containing a sulfonate, and (3) the metal salt capable of exchange with the positive ions of the sulfonate are mixed, and a carbon nanotube-dispersed layer is formed on a substrate using a carbon nanotube dispersion composed of (1) the carbon nanotube-containing composition being dispersed in a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
