<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in size of an device by provision of a pump other than a circulating pump, for example, in a fine bubble generation device to be applied to a bathtub or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The fine bubble generation device includes: an outflow pipe 12 for making supplied water with dissolved gas outflow toward a discharge port; a bypass pipe 17 bifurcating at a halfway position of the outflow pipe 12 and joining at a position just before the discharge port; and a heater 18 arranged at the halfway position of the bypass pathway and on the periphery of the bypass pipe 17.
