<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism suitable for causing a system for cooperation of broadcast and communication to function, by connecting a device to a receiver. <P>SOLUTION: A device connection part 24 of a receiver 4 comprises a device manager which generates a device instance on the basis information of an association part 25 and information of a device (such as a camera device 5 and a microphone device 6)(step S8).
