<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open a bag in a box-shaped container stored in the box-shaped container and used as a refill bag, maintain a widely opened state after opening the bag, and provide the bag at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The bag 10A made of a film having an opening part at an upper face, stored in the box-shaped container body having a lid for covering the opening part, and filled with a powdery substance has a gusset 11 at a bottom part. An upper part of the bag has a flat bag shape. A width of an outer measurement of the bag is narrower at a bottom end with respect to an upper end. An opening starting part (notch 16) is provided at a seal part (side seal 12) of a side part.
