<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of eliminating the need of a strong spring member and facilitating handling. <P>SOLUTION: A coolant supply pipe 40 and a coolant discharge pipe 50 are connected to liquid cooling type cooling containers 31, 32 and 33, and spring members 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66 have a pair of holding parts 67 and 68 and a connection part 69 for connecting the pair of holding parts 67 and 68. To a laminate configured by abutting switching electronic components 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 and the liquid cooling type cooling containers 31, 32 and 33, the pair of holding parts 67 and 68 are respectively arranged on a surface where the switching electronic components 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the laminate and the liquid cooling type cooling containers 31, 32 and 33 face each other and a surface on the opposite side. The switching electronic components 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 and the liquid cooling type cooling containers 31, 32 and 33 are pressure-welded by at least one spring member 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
