<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic adhesive film that exhibits high adhesive characteristics and prevents electrification of an non-antistatic adherend when a surface protecting film is peeled in a case where the adhesive film is applied to the surface protecting film of an optical element, and to provide the surface protecting film. <P>SOLUTION: This adhesive film includes: a base material layer; and an adhesive layer on at least one surface of the base material layer. The adhesive layer includes (meth)acrylic polymer, alkali metal salt, and crosslinking agent. The content of the crosslinking agent is 2 pts.wt. or less based on 100 pts.wt. of (meth)acrylic polymer. The adhesive force of the adhesive film (adherend is an acrylic panel, after a lapse of 30 min at 23°C and in 50% RH condition) is 0.5 N/25 mm or more at a stress rate of 0.3 m/min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
