摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having a high capacitance appearance ratio and excellent impedance characteristics for high frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having a step of forming a conductive polymer layer on a valve action metal on which a dielectric oxide film is formed. The method includes the steps of: manufacturing a capacitor element on which a polyaniline layer having no dopant is formed by immersing the valve action metal on which the dielectric oxide film is formed in a polyaniline solution having no dopant or by applying the polyaniline solution having no dopant onto the valve action metal on which the dielectric oxide film is formed; and forming a conductive polymer layer by immersing the capacitor element in a conductive polymer dispersion liquid whose pH is less than 7.0 or by applying the conductive polymer dispersion liquid whose pH is less than 7.0 onto the capacitor element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
