<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which has proper strength, reduces the weight, and enables the installation to a curved surface, and which prevents crystalline silicon of a power generation layer from cracking by suppressing occurrence of excessive deflection and bending during and after the installation of the solar cell module in an external environment. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module is formed by laminating a weather resistant layer, a sealing layer formed by sealing a solar cell element comprising a power generation layer made of crystalline silicon having the thickness of 100 μm or larger, with a sealing material, and a base material layer formed by a metal-resin composite plate or a carbon-resin composite plate in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
