<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel which bubbles hardly enter. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction vessel includes a chamber having an opening, a first region and a second region closer to the opening than to the first region, a lid that seals at least a part of the first region as a first chamber and seals at least a part of the second region as a second chamber and a first liquid stored in the chamber. When a second liquid immiscible with the first liquid is introduced from the opening into the chamber, the relation of A<C+D<A+B is satisfied, where the volume of the first chamber is A, the volume of the second chamber is B, the volume of the first liquid is C and the volume of the second liquid is D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
