<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high security net door or window, while a conventional ventilation and insect proof net door or window made of chemical fiber, glass fiber, or stainless steel is easily ripped or deformed so as to be unsuitable for crime prevention when used alone. <P>SOLUTION: A net door or window including a net formed of carbon fiber which is attached to a door frame or window frame made of metal or carbon material has sufficient strength for crime prevention. The net has a mesh size of 18 to 30 mesh so as to have an insect-proof effect. Mesh is a unit which designates the number of threads per inch (2.54 cm).
