<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high speed initiation of an application in a receiver in a cooperative system of broadcast with communication. <P>SOLUTION: AIT analysis means 51 acquires and analyzes AIT from AIT memory means 23. On the basis of the analysis result of the AIT analysis means 51, priority determination means 52 determines whether or not execution priority is high. If the execution priority is high, the result concerned and the analysis result of the AIT analysis means 51 are notified to preinstall application initiation execution means 54.
