<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device which has high display quality even when a member is thermally expanded by heat generation from a luminous body or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device includes a rectangular light-emitting substrate and a pedestal portion to which the light-emitting substrate is fixed. The light-emitting substrate has a plurality of through holes formed along each of two sides facing each other and is disposed on the pedestal portion by insertion members which are inserted through the through holes and are fixed to the pedestal portion. The through holes include fixed through holes which are formed into a shape slightly larger than a cross section of the insertion members, and long through holes which are formed into a long hole shape having a lengthwise direction in a direction along the two sides and allow the insertion members to be loosely inserted thereto. One fixed through hole through which the insertion member is inserted is provided in each of two sides and at each of two adjacent corners of the light-emitting substrate. Even when the light-emitting substrate is expanded/contracted, thermal expansion/contraction is allowed till the insertion members are brought into contact with edges of the long through holes, so that distortion of the light-emitting substrate due to thermal expansion/contraction can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
