<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bubbles from being generated in a culture bag when culture is carried out in a dried state of the inside of an incubator in which the culture bag is placed when a large amount of cells are automatically cultured in a closed system by using the gas-permeable culture bag. <P>SOLUTION: The cell-culturing method is for carrying out the cell culture by placing the gas-permeable cell culture container in which the cells and a culture solution is sealed, in the incubator, and prevents the generation of the bubbles in the bag by regulating the partial pressure of an air component in the cell culture container so as to be equal to or higher than the pressure of the dry air in the incubator.
