<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure which can be configured to be compact and lightweight at low costs and further secures sufficient reliability by surely detecting occurrence of gross slip only with a single sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the direction of a rotation center axis of each of power rollers 12a and 12b, an assembly height that is a distance from the oscillation center of each of trunnions 17a and 17b to the traction part of each of the power rollers 12a and 12b is made different a little. Then, only the trunnion 17a forming any one power roller unit 21 of which the assembly height is lower than other power roller units 21a and 21a includes a sensor for measuring an inclination angle or displacement of the trunnion 17a. On the basis of the measurement value of the sensor and change gear ratios of respective input and output disks 10a, 10b and 11, it is determined whether or not gross slip occurs in each of the traction parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
