摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing phosphate-based cathode active material nano-particles using a vortex-type mixer under a supercritical water condition and the cathode active material nano-particles manufactured by the same are provided to continuously manufacture the cathode active nano-particles of superior electro-chemical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A lithium precursor solution and the mixed solution of an iron precursor, phosphoric acid precursor, a coping metal precursor, or the doping non-metal precursor, and a reducing agent solution are prepared. The liquid precursor solution and the mixed solution are introduced into a vortex mixer under a supercritical water condition in order to form particles. The reaction temperature of the mixer is between 200 and 600 degrees Celsius, and the reaction pressure of the mixer is between 20 and 500 bar. The particles are crystallized. The crystallized particles are washed and dried.
