PURPOSE: An apparatus for laminating fibers for a wind power blade is provided to minimize the waste of fibers using an automatic laminating method. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for laminating fibers for a wind power blade comprises a first guide rail(100), a second guide rail(110), a fixed shaft(300), a fiber roll, a first support(400), a cutter(410), a second support(500), a coater(510), a controller(600), and a main server(700). The cutter is installed on the end of the firs support, and cuts fibers unrolled from a fiber roll according to a control signal. The second support is coaxially fixed to the first support, and vertically extended. The coater is installed on the end of the second support, and coats adhesive before the fibers are laminated. The controller controls the cutter, coater, and the fixed shaft. The main server that the controller accessed downloads design information on a blade to be manufactured. |
