PURPOSE: A finger rehabilitation exercise device and an auxiliary rehabilitation exercise method are provided to give a motive for rehabilitation exercise. CONSTITUTION: A finger rehabilitation exercise device comprises rehabilitation exercise gloves(10) and a communication terminal(100) which communicates with the gloves. The rehabilitation exercise gloves comprises a wireless communication module(12), a sensor(14) which senses hand operation information, and a control unit(16) which controls to transmit hand operation information sensed by the sensor to the communication terminal.
