In upper part of vertical body, made in form of cylinder with located coaxially with it additional cylinder, between which round sliding gaskets are located at a distance from each other. The upper one is made L-shaped in section and is located on butt end of additional cylinder. On the surface of additional cylinder located is mobile part of drive, fixed on the external surface of additional cylinder and functionally connected with drive by means of toothed gear.
