<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flame retardant polyester-based fiber and fiber product in which whitening by tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The production method for obtaining a flame retardant polyester-based fiber product includes the following steps. A dispersion liquid of polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting an isocyanate group terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate compound, a high molecular weight polyol having a number average molecular weight of 400-5000 and a carboxyl group with at least one kind of chain extender selected from the group consisting of water soluble polyamine, water soluble hydrazine and derivatives thereof in water. Then, an aqueous dispersion liquid of tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate is obtained. Using the dispersion liquid of the polyurethane resin and the dispersion liquid of the tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate, the polyurethane resin and the tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate are attached to a polyester-based fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
