PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate which is not only excellent in antistatic performance and transparency but also really excellent in antireflection effect, and a polarizing plate and a display device including the optical laminate.

SOLUTION: The optical laminate is formed by using an antistatic hard coating composition including a water-based conductive polymer dispersion obtained by dispersing a water-based conductive polymer in a (meth)acrylate oligomer having predetermined structure. The polarizing plate and the display device includes the optical laminate.
