<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is capable of uniformly controlling a brightness distribution of an entire screen without the occurrence of parts partially high or low in brightness even in the case of the reduction in the number of arranged LED light sources and in the quantity of light of the LED light sources, and a backlight unit and a display device using the optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet is configured so that a light emission surface has a structure including substantially hemispherical lenses existing independently of one another and a plurality of arrays of continuous geometrical structures, and a ratio of the substantially hemispherical lenses having high diffusivity and the geometrical structures having high light-harvesting properties varies within the sheet surface, whereby brightness within the sheet surface can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
