<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of detecting a failure of an ORing switch element itself of the power supply device using the ORing switch element for ORing and capable of controlling an ON signal of an AC/DC converter on the basis of the detection result. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device ORing-connected to the other power supply device includes: an AC/CD converter 20; an ORing switch element 12; an ORing control circuit 11 for controlling conduction/interception of the ORing switch element 12; and a first logic circuit 18 which when voltage of a load 3 exceeds a first reference voltage 13, a potential difference between the input side and the output side of the ORing switch element 12 is a second reference voltage 16 or less and an ON signal inputted to the AC/DC converter 20 is a signal for stopping the conversion operation of the AC/DC converter 20, outputs an ORing switch element failure signal indicating the failure of the ORing switch element 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
