<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stored document erroneous disposal prevention system, a stored document erroneous disposal prevention program and a stored document erroneous disposal prevention method for filing stored documents which should be stored in a predetermined period as a book of documents, and for managing a plurality of books of documents put in a batch in a storage box, and for preventing the erroneous disposal or disposal omission of a stored document in the case of disposing those stored documents after the lapse of the predetermined period. <P>SOLUTION: A stored document erroneous disposal prevention system is configured of: a stored document disposal management device 2 including a disposable storage box extraction part 292 for extracting a disposable storage box and a disposal list data output part 293 for outputting disposal list data; and a portable terminal 3 for stored document disposal determination including a disposal list data acquisition part 321 for acquiring disposal list data, an identification information acquisition part 322 for acquiring identification information corresponding to an identification code attached to the storage box, a disposal possibility/impossibility determination part 323 for determining the possibility/impossibility of the disposal of the storage box, and a determination result data output part 324 for outputting determination result data to display means and/or voice output means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
