CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE, SOLAR CELL AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive substrate having no problem on specific resistance thereof, having no surface unevenness causing problems in laminating other functional layers, and further easy in manufacture.

SOLUTION: A conductive substrate includes: a porous layer having a plurality of pores extending three-dimensionally; and a transparent conductive layer formed on the porous layer. In the conductive substrate, metal is filled into at least a part of the pores of the porous layer, and the metal is brought into contact with the transparent conductive layer on a surface of the porous layer.
