<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart device that enables a duty person to effectively use in an office space by minimizing installation position in the office space and that has a stable structure and nonetheless improves the convenience of the duty person. <P>SOLUTION: In a cart device, a first storing part is formed which is formed so as to be surrounded by a first, second and third support arms 53, 54, 55 of a tabletop support 50, which opens to the front, left and right continuously in the lower part of the tabletop 40, and which is capable of storing top boards of fixtures such as a desk and a counter. Then, an upper structure A comprising the tabletop 40 supported on a support base 30 and a tabletop support 50, is desirably set in such a manner that the center of gravity position G1 in a plan view is located in a position inner than the outer periphery of the lower structure comprising a base 20 and the support base 30. Also, the center of gravity position G1 is set in a position close to inside the cross section of the support base 30.
