<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel integrating a decorated transparent protective substrate in which a decorative layer can realize light shielding by a thin film and perform pattern formation with high-definition and also a direct touch panel is formed on a decorated transparent protective substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In a touch panel integrating a decorated transparent protective substrate, a decorative layer, an overcoat layer, a touch panel layer are constituted in order on a transparent protective substrate.
