<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing a color from spreading in a region inside a spacer in a case where a transparent insulation layer is disposed inside the spacer. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: a display part 50 having a pixel 51 including sub-pixels 51a to 51c; and a touch panel 60 disposed on a front surface of the display part 50. The touch panel 60 includes: a first transparent substrate 61 provided with a first transparent conductive film 61a; a second transparent substrate provided with a second transparent conductive film disposed facing the first transparent conductive film 61a; a spacer 63 disposed between the first transparent substrate 61 and the second transparent substrate and disposed in an outer peripheral part of the first transparent substrate 61 and the second transparent substrate; and a transparent insulation layer 64a disposed inside the spacer 63.
