<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve retaining of airtightness of a connection box case and a configuration of effectively radiating heat through the case by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of female screw bodies 7 having a screw hole for screwing a substrate 4 to which a switch is assembled are arranged on a back plate 10a of the connection box case, and a flat part for closely attaching a heat sink 5 to which a backflow prevention diode 2 is assembled is provided. The heat sink 5 has a plurality of holes 12 for inserting the female screw bodies 7, and is provided with a back surface which is flat in the state of assembling the backflow prevention diode 2. The substrate 4 attached onto the case back plate 10a through the female screw bodies 7 and the heat sink 5 disposed on the back plate 10a by inserting the female screw bodies 7 have an overlapping area W, a tongue piece 11 for pressurizing the heat sink 5 is formed at an appropriate part of the overlapping area W of the substrate 4, and by screwing the substrate 4 to the female screw bodies 7, the heat sink 4 is pressurized by the tongue piece 11 and closely attached to the case back plate 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
