PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To average an anti-magnetic field which a permanent magnet receives from a stator to reduce the maximum value of the anti-magnetic field which the permanent magnet receives in a rotor of a rotary electric machine.
SOLUTION: When a corner part 20a closest to an outer peripheral surface 9a of a rotor core 9 is considered as a first corner part, and a side surface 17a which forms the first corner part, has a virtual line Q in a magnetization direction passing through the center of a permanent magnet 10 crossing, and turns to the stator side is considered as a first side surface, a rotor has, between the first side surface and a slot inner peripheral surfaces 25 in order from the first corner part: a first gap 31 which separates the first side surface from a slot inner peripheral surface 25a; and a second gap 32 which separates the first side surface from a slot inner peripheral surface 25b and is connected to the first gap 31. Gap width h1 of the first gap 31 is smaller than gap width h2 of the second gap 32. Thus, the rotor core 9 near the first gap 31 is widely secured. As a result, magnetic saturation of the rotor core 9 near the first gap 31 is alleviated, and an anti-magnetic field to be applied to the permanent magnet 10 is averaged.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
