<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate influence from external light and noise with a simple circuit structure to improve measuring accuracy, when picking up images of an object by reflection light from the light emitted for measuring depth. <P>SOLUTION: One frame period includes: two exposure periods A, B; one light emission period corresponding to one exposure period B; and three output periods C, A, B. In the output period C, random noise without including image signals is output, in the output period A, image signals and random noise in the exposure period A are output, and in the output period B, the image signals in the exposure period A and image signals and random noise in the exposure period B are output. Signals being output in the three periods are calculated to eliminate the image signals and the random noise by the external light in order to obtain image signals by only the emitted light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
