<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient communication system which can use various external apparatuses to solve the problem in which: various external apparatuses cannot be used in common signage, output device and communication device, because there is a restriction on usable types of peripheral apparatuses and external apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: at least one external apparatus; at least one communication device which communicates information with the external apparatus; a PC server which communicates information with the communication device through a network and controls the external apparatus; and a connection management server which manages connection between the communication device and the PC server.
