PURPOSE: An electronic payment approval system and a method thereof are provided to simplify a payment and authentication process by generating and managing an identification value including payment method information and authentication information of a user. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) photographs or recognizes various product codes to transmit the product codes to an operator server(200). The user terminal transceives payment information about a corresponding product with the operator server and member store terminals(300). The user terminal transmits authentication information to the operation server. The user terminal transceives a charging processing signal according to authentication approval with the operator server and the member store terminals.
