<p>PURPOSE: An optimized production scheduling system equipped with dynamic feedback scheduling algorithm based on loading simulation is provided to determine the next work sequence by using a simulation result about a production process of within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A simulation modeler(14) generates a model for an input valuable. A scheduler(15) uses an FP(Factory Planner) and the model generated in the simulation modeler as the input valuable. The scheduler performs simulated production through a loading simulation engine. An analyzer(16) obtains information about the prediction of future in-stock rate, the prediction of capacity ratio, the prediction of production, and work sequences per facility. A monitor(17) compares an output came from the scheduler with an actual work result.
