METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN OLED SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an OLED(organic light-emitting diode) substrate is provided to prevent light loss by forming an uneven structure of a nanoscopic or microscopic scale for improving optical extraction or suppressing an optical guide. CONSTITUTION: A CBD(chemical bath deposition) medicinal fluid is manufactured(S4). Silica powder is impregnated into a glass surface(S5). Surface inspection is performed after completely removing moisture from the glass after cleaning is completed(S6). The surface of the glass is etched with a surface processing etching medicinal fluid in order to simultaneously smooth the glass surface and control the haze value of the glass(S7). The etched glass is cleaned in a de-ionized water bath(S8).
