The shoe (1) has a set of cavities utilized for authorizing positioning of a set of cushions (2, 3) that is deformable and adapted to absorb and dampen stress of foot of a practitioner. One of the cushions comprises a set of layers that is removably arranged in a heel portion of a sole of the shoe. Another cushion comprises another set of layers that is fixedly positioned in front part of the sole of the shoe, where the former cushion comprises a tab to allow interchangeability of the former cushion.
