PURPOSE: A lighting module is provided to improve learning ability by emitting white light having more than 0.3 therapy power per lumen. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting device(131) emits first blue light of a long wavelength. One or more second light emitting devices(133) are arranged on a substrate. The second light emitting device emits second blue light having smaller short wavelength than that of the first blue light. An activating layer(150) is arranged on the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device. The activating layer emits excitation light which is excited with the first blue light and the second blue light.
