The test card has a substrate (10) including a dielectric substrate layer and arranged on a side with conductive area for receiving a test connector. The conductive area is connected to another conductive area on opposite side of the substrate. A supply line (15) is connected to the former conductive area for creating an electromagnetic coupling type line/slot at an antenna of a printed circuit board, where an isolated printed line (16) returns the coupling type line/slot to a zero impedance level, and ends of the printed line are in open circuit. An independent claim is also included for a printed circuit board.
