<p>PURPOSE: A device for performing a previous connection operation for each individual application according to an Android application execution request, and a method thereof are provided to approve performance of connection work for each individual application which is defined by an Android terminal provider, thereby increasing availability of a free terminal or a free application. CONSTITUTION: A sensing means(101) senses an execution request for an Android application which operates in an Android platform. A transmitting means(102) transmits the execution request. A connection operation performing means(103) designates advertisement contents which is output to a user terminal. When the execution request and Android application information are received from the transmitting means, the connection operation performing means outputs the advertisement contents to the user terminal and informs the transmitting means of an advertisement output completion condition after output completion of the advertisement contents.
