The device has a tap water flow path guided by a body. An internal pipe is formed as a water conduit, which is connected downstream of the flow path. An external safety pipe (16) surrounds the internal pipe such that a closed intermediate space collects possible leakage water between the internal and external safety pipes. A valve closes the flow path due to increase in pressure during withdrawing water in the intermediate space. An over-pressure ventilation unit is guided with multiple apertures outwardly executed and equipped with selective shut-off devices.
