PURPOSE: A rapidity liquid polymer dissolving device is provided to easily dissolve the liquid polymer into diluted solution through first and second agitation. CONSTITUTION: A rapidity liquid polymer dissolving device comprises a dissolving tank main body(10), an undiluted liquid polymer tank(20), a first rapid dissolving machine(30), a stirrer(40), a level switch(50), a guide tube(60), and a dissolved polymer feeding pump(70). The liquid polymer undiluted solution tank includes a liquid polymer injection supply pump(21). The first rapid dissolving machine primary rapid agitates and mixes the liquid polymer undiluted solution with diluted solution and supplies the liquid polymer solution to the dissolving tank main body. The mixer is installed inside the dissolving tank main body and includes a stirrer shaft(41) and rotary motor(42). The stirrer shaft has agitating blades(41a) which secondary agitating and mixing the liquid polymer solution.
