METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ONE BODY TYPE OPTICAL FILM AND ONE BODY TYPE OPTICAL FILM

PURPOSE: An integral optical film is provided to have a uniformly set incidence angle of light which is received through a bottom side by forming optical layers to have a flat bottom side without a base layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an integral optical film is as follows: A curable resin is spread on a first mold which has patterns(11). A base layer is placed on a top surface of the resin which is spread on the first mold. Light for a temporarily curing is projected into the resin so that a first temporarily cured layer is formed. The curable resin is spread on a second mold having patterns. A release film is placed on the top surface of the resin spread on the second mold to make the top surface of the resin spread on the second mold flat. Light for a temporarily curing is projected into the resin so that a second temporarily cured layer(2) is formed. The first layer which is separated from the first mold and the base layer are laminated on the second layer. Light is projected into the second layer, the first layer, and the base layer so that the layers are integrated. The second mold is separated so that a double-layered optical film(120) is formed.
