PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a wood composite plastic deck structure is provided to prevent the deformation of a wood composite plastic deck by accurately maintaining the gap between core bodies. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a wood composite plastic deck structure is as follows. A polyester fiber basic string is prepared by twisting a polyester fiber in a rope shape. The basic string is cut in a length of 4-5cm, and the cut strings are piled up in a supply container. The cut basic strings are supplied to the top of a conveyor belt. Connecting strings are supplied to the tops of the cut basic strings on the conveyor belt. The overlapped basic and connecting strings pass through a high-frequency dielectric heat sealer to manufacture a ladder-shaped core body(3) by heating and welding both ends of the connecting strings to the tops of the basic strings. The core body is put into a wood composite plastic extruded material and extruded. The extruded wood composite plastic material is transferred to the top of the conveyor belt and solidified. |
