摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An aircraft with a vibration damping device and a vibration damping method are provided to maximize the efficiency of a system by measuring the rotation speed of a rotor to match a control force to the rotation frequency of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: An aircraft(1) comprises a load bearing structure(2) and a main gear box(3). The main gear box is fixed in the load bearing structure by at least three suspension bars(5). The aircraft comprises a vibration damping system(6) with active vibration absorbers(10) fixed around the suspension bars. The active vibration absorbers comprise a first mass(11) connected to a relevant suspension bar by a first elastic unit(21) to move along the suspension bar and a second mass(12) connected to the first mass by a second elastic unit(22) to move along the suspension bar. The first and second masses surround the relevant suspension bar to absorb vibration along an absorbing axial line(AX) matching an extended axial line along which the suspension bar is extended.</p>
